Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, & JavaScript; 7. Ability to build highly-scalable performant solutions using graduate-level knowledge; 8. Design scalable distributed systems with established partition tolerance, consistency, & availability guarantees; 9. Experience in at least one specific area of expertise: Data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, comp. graphics, or human-computer interaction; 10. Proficiency in applying algorithms & core comp. sci. concepts to real world systems as evidenced by recognizing & matching patterns from different areas of comp. sci. in production systems, or graduate-level work in distributed systems.
