Primary Duties


Facilitation: Facilitates Agile Team Process. Conducts all Agile Meetings/Ceremonies including Daily Scrums. Works to promptly remove any obstacles to project progress.
Planning: Collaborates with Product Owners and other Team Leads in Agile planning activities. Leads Roadmap, Sprint Planning, Story Grooming and Story Planning meetings. Develops Agile documentation and distributes as required.
Progress Tracking: Works with project managers and other role leads to develop and track project plans and progress from inception to delivery to ensure requirements are delivered as scheduled. Issues status reports and keeps Stakeholders apprised of issues and risks in a timely manner.
Metrics: Generates and communicates Agile Metrics. Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Continuous Improvement: Analyzes project data and Agile metrics. Collaborates with other Scrum Masters. Uses data and knowledge gained to make recommendations for process improvements.
Coaching: Mentors Team Members and provides guidance in Agile processes and Team interactions.

Job Requirements


Education: Bachelors Degree preferably Management Information Systems, computer science, business management or related field.
Experience: 5-7 yrs at least 3 years in supporting Team Activities. Scrum Master certification a plus.
Experience in facilitating, motivating and optimizing the performance of Agile software development teams.
Proven ability to work with business units and understand business needs.
Ability to drive for results in a fast paced and dynamic development environment.

Responsibilities

The Architect interfaces with IT organizations on architectural initiatives and new may assume leadership role as team or project lead for strategic or enterprise-wide technology projects. He or she demonstrates a broad knowledge level across multiple areas of information technology and ensures that new solutions meet the customer's business and functional requirements, and is responsible for overall quality of the system architecture design, implementation, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities:
• Takes responsibility and ownership for the technical architecture, technical resource requirements, and all technical deliverables
• Architects changes to the global Linux/UNIX environment and prepares the necessary documentation so that the solution can be transitioned to the support organization.
• Provides guidance and leadership to junior staff members and serves as top-level technical expert in Linux/UNIX architecture, design and implementation.

• Working knowledge of the Intel chipset architecture and offerings.
