Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop mobile web, hybrid, or native iOS mobile apps
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code using best practices
• Develop secure mobile apps and work with Information Security to implement best security practices
• Work with business to evaluate and fully understand requested business requirements
• Articulate complex technical concepts in laymen terms
• Collaborate with various IT teams to design, QA, and implement mobile solutions
• Introduce innovative solutions, wireframe / prototype ideas, and effectively present concepts
• Provide analytical feedback and lead complex discussions with business and IT stakeholders
• Fix bugs and maintain code
• Support and maintain existing mobile apps
• Document technical specs of finalized design solution
• Align development efforts with Healthfirst's waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies

Minimum Qualifications
• In depth experience in developing iOS mobile web and hybrid mobile apps using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and JQuery libraries
• Prior experience planning, designing and deploying high-performing, cross platform mobile solutions at an enterprise level
• Experience in developing OO applications and use of design patterns (MVC, factory design, etc.)
• Extensive experience developing in various mobile frameworks (Heroku, PhoneGap, Bootstrap, Node.js); building scalable, high-performance apps and integrating to RESTful/SOAP web services (APIs)
• Must be proficient in SQL DBs (Postgres, MSSQL, MySQL)
• Technical knowledge in mobile design (wireframe/prototype), architecture, testing, deploying, maintaining app
• Experience in developing secure mobile apps
• Experience in SDLC waterfall and agile lifecycle
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:
• Wearables or IoT experience
• Hands-on experience with iOS
• Integrating with Salesforce (Heroku Connect), Mulesoft / API Gateways or other technologies
• Salesforce and Heroku MADP experience
• BS/MS in Software Engineering
